A rather easy route, along a small stream and cool
The course is never very aerial, even if many bridges will make you go from one bank to the other of the torrent which comes down from the valley of Narreyroux. The walk alternates between Via Ferrata and the road and seems particularly suitable for novices, families with young children. It is possible as often during the practice of this activity to avoid the most difficult areas which here are summed up in a rock block of about fifteen meters high and crossing the stream in a steeper area. As always in the mountains do not hesitate to call on professionals to accompany you safely. Beware of the humidity always present in the undergrowth which makes the passages often slippery. The descent is along the canal that supplies water to the fields of Puy Saint Vincent. Other Via Ferrata are also offered in the valley to the more athletic, as for example that of Tournoux Puy Saint Vincent to the Col de la Pousterle with a breathtaking view of the Ecrins massif and the Blanc glacier (also idea of a walk).
